Go to > Find Support on the top section of the suite > Feedbackup Click on Add Projects > Enter the Project Name, and Description, with that, said you can add project members as well. Save it.

You can see the Domain Name in setting Functionality You can change the domain name to your company name using a CNAME link. Enter the custom domain name you want to use for this site. It will not take effect until you create a CNAME record with your DNS.

Please map this in your DNS settings


Public Link

Select FeedbackUp > Group > Select Public link

With that said You can check feedback status like Active, New, In progress, Under Review, Closed, and Add feedback mentioned dates and includes votes for the feedback as well.
